Piranha

The PMC Piranha is a motorbike trial with a variable ergonomic design, centralised masses and unusual technical solutions.

The Piranha is driven by a space-efficient 900 cc Wankel engine that allows for a compact and centralised package combined with an innovative front suspension and electric steering. This focus on the vehicle body is accompanied by the hubless wheels with 3-rim and a-central wheel drive. In this way, the rims also directly incorporate the brake discs, in turn providing incredible delays and fine modulation due to their above-average diameter.

Another revolutionary concept is either passive or active setting of the operational geometry for the driver: versatile control unit, pneumatic seat height adjustment and variable footrest positions.

The model of the Piranha has come into being in a traditional and purely technical way: sketches, tape, clay models (M 1:3), GRP models with items in plastic and metal.
